"All good here. Massive newly constructed four-story townhouse - clean & modern- absolutely state of the art. Stunning living room. Deep private garage. Rooftop patio is huge with views of the city skyline- great for grilling and especially awesome at night. Downtown is about a 20 minute walk. The Gulch area has a lot of nice businesses and a coffee shop on every block. Paid about $250 a night to live in $1 million luxury pad. Pretty good deal!"
