These terms govern your use of the Unwind Luxury Vacations website and booking services. By browsing, booking, or submitting a lead, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

A reservation is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Pricing, fees, and availability are determined at the time of booking and are subject to the displayed terms for each property. Certain properties offer installment financing; where available, the applicable terms will be presented at checkout. You are responsible for reviewing all charges before confirming a booking.

Cancellation terms vary by property and are shown on each listing. Unless stated otherwise, free cancellation is available up to 14 days before check-in. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method. See your booking confirmation for the specific policy that applies to your stay.

You agree to provide accurate information, respect the property and house rules, and accommodate the maximum guest count stated for your reservation. You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay beyond normal wear and tear, and for the conduct of all members of your party.

We strive to keep listings accurate, but descriptions, amenities, and imagery are provided for general guidance. Property features and availability may change without notice. We are not liable for representations made by third-party platforms.

Information submitted through our lead forms is used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Submitting a lead or listing request does not create a management or service agreement until both parties sign a separate written agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unwind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the related booking.

All content on this site—including text, imagery, and branding—is owned by or licensed to Unwind and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Arkansas.

We may revise these terms from time to time. We'll post updates here and update the "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
