Emelia is an Operations Support Specialist at Unwind, where she plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the company. She supports team members in navigating insurance claims, oversees the auditing process for Unwind properties and PMS systems, and assists with managing guest reviews to uphold Unwind’s exceptional service standards. With an eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality, Emelia helps maintain a seamless experience for both guests and internal teams.
Emelia holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, which has strengthened her communication, crisis management, organizational, and instructional skills. She brings these strengths to her role each day, fueled by a passion for helping others feel supported and understood.
Outside of work, Emelia stays active by playing tennis and pickleball or spending time outdoors whenever she can. In any other spare time, she loves cozying up with a great book, and cherishes time spent with her husband and their cat. Her mix of energy, curiosity, and care makes her a thoughtful professional and an enthusiastic teammate in everything she does.
