1. Stoneflower Cottage – Heber Springs, AR
Retreat to one of Arkansas’ premiere destination homes designed by famous architect E. Fay Jones. A serene and romantic home, the Shaheen-Goodfellow Cottage, known as Stoneflower is nestled in the gently rolling foothills of the Arkansas Ozarks and surrounded by pristine Greer’s Ferry Lake and the beautiful Eden Isle resort. As you walk into the lower level you are greeted with natural stone tables and sofa base, boulders used to give it a grotto feeling. The sofa/bench can be used as a single twin bed. The main bathroom is also on the lower level, the shower was created to mimic a small waterfall, the bathing area can be concealed from the garden room by using the pocket french doors. This level is very organic, built with large boulders. In times of heavy rains, a small amount of water may pool in the hallway leading to the bathing area. This is a natural occurrence and does not affect the unique structure. A spiral staircase leads from the lower/entry area to the main living area which in includes the dinning, kitchen and living areas. This area features redwood floors and linear redwood boards with textured white walls throughout. Features floor to ceiling windows. The dinning table is movable through out the main living area as well as movable stools/end tables. There is minimal freezer space and no ice maker, so we recommend you bring ice with you. The stainless steel sink is built into the stainless steel counter top. The two in-wall dual A/C and Heating Unit system are located on this floor. In cooler months – Infrared heaters are on the first two levels which can be used in addition to the two in-wall units located on the main floor. In summer – there are fans on all three levels, that can be used in addition to the two in-wall units located on the main floor. The living area features two built in benches that can be used as twin beds. This main floor has great views and access to the 30 foot deck, complete with two flambeaux grills, attached to the steel deck supports and they are safe to use. The deck extends into the trees allowing a beautiful view. Up another level is the loft with a queen-sized bed and wonderful views of the outdoors and beautiful architecture. The floor is also constructed of redwood boards laid on their sides. The railings surrounding the sleeping loft are rather low and does not accommodate small children. Please note the cottage is located within a dry county please bring libations with you. The main Daikin HVAC system is located on the 3rd level in the sleeping loft. There are two in-wall units that are dual system A/C and Heat. There is also a downstairs heating system in the grotto.
2. Riverside – St. Augustine, FL
Welcome to Riverside, a brand-new luxury home just steps from St. Augustine’s historic district. Thoughtfully designed and built with our guests in mind, it’s layout and location make it the perfect getaway for you and the family.
This unique home features a gourmet kitchen, an open living area, ultra-fast fiber internet, a handy workspace, 2 king bedrooms each with a full bath and a beautiful outdoor deck.
Step-inside to be welcomed by sun-filled rooms and natural light from custom windows throughout the house. This open-bright layout gives the house it’s unique and modern style. Lounge in the open living room furnished with coastal décor style furniture and high-end finishes. Kick back and relax in front of the high-definition smart TV to watch your favorite shows or step outside to the back porch, the perfect place for morning coffee or evening cocktails, where you can watch the spectacular sunsets over St Augustine’s boatyard.
Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the gourmet kitchen with everything you could need right at your fingertips. There is a large French door fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. If you don’t feel like cooking there are a number of great restaurants in close proximity. There’s a convenient breakfast bar and a dining table that seats 6.
The home is perfectly set up for remote workers or students with a custom workspace by the entrance with high-speed Wi-Fi to handle all of your devices.
Make your way up the stairs to the second level where you will find the spacious master bedroom filled with natural light from the custom windows with elevated views. The room offers a luxuriously large memory foam mattress and a second TV perfect for movie nights spent tucked up in bed. Off the master is the ensuite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. Across the hall is the generous front bedroom that also features a king bed topped with soft, quality linen and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. *Each bedroom closet has a comfy rollaway twin bed that can easily be set up. Let us know if they are needed and we can have them ready to go upon arrival.*
The central bathroom is located on the landing and offers a relaxing full-size bath with an overhead shower and soft fluffy towels for each guest. There is an additional half bath located downstairs as well as a laundry nook with access to a washing machine and dryer so you can pack light and wash on the go.
Pack ‘n play is available for guests traveling with kids as well as 2 baby gates.
Downtown historic St. Augustine is just a few minutes away by car or a 15 walk. Leave your car in the driveway and wonder the beautiful streets in search of delicious bites, historic landmarks and all of the charm that makes St. Augustine such a sought-after destination.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
Shadowrock is a secluded lake and mountain view luxury tiny home located on 3.74 private acres overlooking Sardis Lake. The home includes over 500 SF of outdoor living space with a firepit and comfortable seating to take in the beautiful view. It is located approximately 2.5 hours from the Dallas, Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Vaulted ceilings & a wall of windows allow for panoramic lake views from almost any angle. The lake has a boat ramp, docks, a beach, and a playground for the kids. The lake is great for fishing & recreational water sports. COME RELAX & ENJOY!

Horseback Riding and Hiking are great activities to do at nearby Robbers Cave Horse Stables and Park. It is an approx 35 minute drive from the cabin. The horseback riding is great for adults and children. They do take reservations!
The Choctaw Museum is right around the corner. It is a great place to tour!

Our concierge service will meet you at the building to give you your keys. Our check-in time is from 3:00 pm-9:00 pm. We do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs.
