Magic Springs first opened its doors on July 22, 1978, under the management of Leisure and Recreation Concepts. Over the years, the park underwent several ownership changes and faced financial challenges, leading to a temporary closure in 1995. However, after significant revitalization efforts and community support, the park reopened on May 27, 2000, as Magic Springs and Crystal Falls. In 2017, the park was acquired by EPR Properties, with Premier Parks, LLC taking over its management.
