Brandi serves as the Smoky Mountain Area Manager for Unwind Luxury Vacations and is based in Sevierville, Tennessee. In this role, Brandi oversees all Smoky Mountain properties, ensuring each home meets Unwind’s high standards for quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. She manages guest services from check‑in through departure, works closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are thoroughly cared for, and collaborates directly with property owners to align expectations and support ongoing property improvements. Brandi’s hands‑on leadership helps deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong operational performance across the entire market.
Brandi brings a passion for service and a strong background in hospitality leadership to her work. She has completed some college coursework and is CNA certified, and she was honored with the 2017 Executive Housekeeping Manager Award from VRHP/VRMA. Outside of work, Brandi enjoys sports and vacationing with her family. She has also previously coached youth soccer and sixth‑grade boys basketball, experiences that reflect her team‑oriented mindset and commitment to leadership both professionally and personally.
