As Office Manager, Jillian assists with internal tasks that support the Unwind team such as coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, providing administrative support, and managing relationships with benefits and technology providers. Growing up in a family business that has been operating for nearly 100 years, Jillian has learned valuable lessons in client service and business management, which helped her to develop a wide range of skills that allow her to contribute to the success of the Unwind management team.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harding University in General Studies with a concentration in Arts & Humanities. Jillian is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance and has an Advanced Language Certificate in Italian from Istituto Lorenzo de’ Medici (LdM) in Florence Italy. She was raised in a family of musicians and continues to play music with them in their band. She calls music her first love and enjoys performing as well as attending live music events of all kinds. Other favorite things include taking road trips, hosting dinner parties and game nights, and playing disc golf.
