Matt is the team leader at Unwind and oversees the many aspects of operating a modern, high-end, short-term vacation rental property management company.
His vision has led to what Unwind has become today. He has a certain affinity for design and luxurious experiences and has always appreciated architecture and fine furnishings. That, coupled with his desire to provide an exceptional client experience for both guests and owners, provides the foundation on which the Unwind brand was built. He currently has ownership in 22 short-term rental properties, several of which he has personally developed and designed himself.
In addition to his position as CEO of Unwind, Matt has more than 15 years of experience as an investment advisor and currently owns and operates a Registered Investment Advisory firm. Naturally, this experience means that he realizes the importance of the return for Unwind owners so that properties managed by the company can be passive, yet meaningful investments.
Matt earned his Bachelor’s degree from Harding University and his favorite activities outside of work are spending time with his wife and three children, playing musical instruments, and reading about history and theology.
