As Director of Development, Scott is responsible for developing relationships with current, new, and potential owners in every Unwind market. With each new owner, he discusses their investment property’s revenue potential and helps them understand Unwind’s strategy to help their asset reach its potential.
Scott graduated from Harding University with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, and before joining the Unwind team, he was a certified instructor for Dale Carnegie Training for 13 years. In that role, he helped individuals and groups develop skills on the “people” side of business and his extensive knowledge and training are utilized within the Unwind team.
Fun facts about Scott include his time spent as a college and arena football player and his love for playing guitar.
