Our History
The owner of Unwind originally started the company to manage his vacation properties. As an investment advisor, he realized there was a better way to care for his homes while ensuring significant financial returns.

By hiring a team of highly educated and skilled managers, he was able to control the quality and condition of the properties with more attention to detail at a fraction of the cost. As a result, tenants’ needs were met promptly, communication was more professional, and home maintenance was executed more efficiently. All of this while benefiting from a strong ROI. This strategy appealed to many other vacation property owners and the company decided to extend its investor-based approach to those interested. Unwind quickly became a reliable, trustworthy management company with homes in vacation rental markets across the United States.

Since its inception in 2010, the Tim Tebow Foundation has served those who are hurting, marginalized, and trapped in darkness in 86 countries and counting. In addition to ministry operations and services that meet some of the most dire physical needs, TTF also has a heart to share the Gospel with as many vulnerable people as possible to help them know their inherent value as children of God. At Unwind, 10% of our profit goes to the Tim Tebow Foundation to support the ongoing ministries that impact lives all over the world.
